MEET THE TEAM
We are blessed to have some of the best staff serving God at Reflection Church.
They each serve with a passion for discipling the found and reflecting Christ to the lost.
Born in Lenoir, North Carolina, Benjamin received a call to ministry at the age of ten. He pursued this call fervently throughout his teenage years. This led him to Emmanuel College (GA) where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry. After this, he went to Regent University where he graduated with a Master of Divinity and married the love of his life, Tiffany Crisp. He is now pursuing his Doctor of Strategic Leadership with a focus on Ecclesial Leadership. Benjamin has a passion to see all people grow in the deep things of God. He and Tiffany want to see a move of God in the cities of America and the nations!
Tiffany has a heart for children of all ages. She has a passion to see all children transformed by an authentic encounter with Jesus. Tiffany has her B.S. in Elementary Education and M.ED. in Curriculum and Instruction. She believes in teaching kids about Jesus' love for them from the earliest ages. If you want to become apart of the Reflection Kids team, contact Tiffany! We look forward to meeting you and your kids.
Miranda has a passion to see meaningful connections within the body of Christ; to see people encouraged in fellowship and in prayer, seeking the Lord, and growing together (Acts 2:42-47)! At Reflection Church, relationship is our covenant. Miranda does everything possible to ensure each person experiences this reality. She has extensive experience in this area of ministry as she served as Guest Follow Up Director and Church Administrator before moving to Oklahoma City. Miranda has been married to her husband, Daniel, for twelve years. They have five beautiful children. Connection Lunches are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month. If you would like to be a part of the Connections team, contact Miranda!
Hayden was born in Atlanta, GA and raised in Lenoir, NC. Growing up, he spent much of his time playing sports. Then, on the first day of his freshman year in high school, his leg was seriously broken as he was playing in a soccer game. As Hayden reflects on this defining moment, it is now clear that God used this to change the direction of his life and call him into ministry. At this time he began leading worship for a local youth service that grew to an average attendance of sixty students per week. Several years later he met his future wife Jessica. Jessica is a gifted worship leader and they began to minister together. They are now the proud parents of three beautiful children, Gabriel, Natalie, and David. Their heartbeat is to see people connect with the Lord through praise and worship, and to live fully in relationship with Jesus. Hayden is a graduate of Holmes Bible College with a degree in Christian Ministries.
